Well, it’s time for another road trip. I’ve been busy emptying my condo in Florida and have now listed it with a realtor in anticipation of selling it soon. I will be living in my camper and traveling again this year.
So far the only plans I have for this trip is to leave next Wednesday, March 14th and head towards Elm Mott, Texas. My friend Rebecca is getting married to Brian on March 23rd and I am planning on staying in Elm Mott for a few weeks and then determine where I want to go next. I might go to Fort Worth and Crowley to see my friends there, but I also might go visit a friend near Austin before heading to Fort Worth.
I may not have Internet access very often so if I don’t update my blog or respond to emails very often you will know why. Also, in Elm Mott the phone reception with Sprint is very poor so it sometimes takes a day or so for voice mail to come through.
I may come back to Florida during the summer for a short time, then head west again. I would really like to go to the Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque again, I will see how this trip unfolds.
My friend Pam is working on helping me to find a way to have a travel map button for the 2012 trip. Right now, it’s still showing my 2011 trip and I don’t know how to fix coding, but Pam is so talented and great on computers so I think she will find a way to accomplish this task for me. If you like the blog and capabilities on this site, it’s all because of the work Pam did setting it up for me. I owe her a large debt of gratitude.
