My last night in Seattle at Patt’s house, I took a shower so I could be clean for a few days. I got into my pj’s and got under the covers. A short while later I felt someone get into bed with me. I laid still to see what would happen, and I felt someone get really close to me and snuggle.

It turns out Patt’s cat came and snuggled with me, he put his paw in my hand and let me pet him, he slept with me most of the night I think. He is really independent, and I felt very honored that he came and let me pet him and snuggled next to me.
In the morning, I said goodbye to Patt and headed to Mt. Rainier.
