Georgetown, TX

I left Waco this afternoon after saying goodbye to my friends there. I leave a part of my heart there, and take the friendship and love I found there with me.

I also stocked my camper with cheeses from the cheese shop, and granola, flour, and cranberries from the gristmill.

After driving for 2 hours, I arrived at Cedar Breaks Park which is a Corps of Engineer park in Georgetown, TX. I camped here over 20 years ago and wanted to return for a night. I chose a campsite overlooking the lake rather than a wooded site. It is really pretty and peaceful here. After setting up camp, I ate dinner and then wiped the outside of the camper. She looks so nice when she’s clean. Tomorrow I go to Leander to see a friend from a long time ago.

Next week I will go to Ft. Worth to see my friends there. Since I am updating this blog from my phone I have not been able to upload photos. I will when I get internet for my computer.
